so instead of waiting for dh I ate with/from kids' dinner instead. Not too off plan, they had what I described above. Add in those amazing grape tomatoes, now gone and some totally nutrition absent bread rolls-- y'know those potato rolls? I give them to my kids as a distraction from spinach or mega healthy soy veggie burgers.
and one of those healthy choice fudge bars.
and some of this asian candy shop sweet dried squid-- amazingly good and some of these dried sesame crusted sweet and chili pepper little fish we got today. you can read further in the weird but delicious foods thread

BUT/AND now I am done. done. done. not counting tea, of course.

Got my run in on the way home, 5 miles (well, didn't run all of it, if i tracked it right the running added up to almost 4 of the 5) Woo hoo!

DHs buddy cancelled on him, so now he is home tonight and wants to bake cookies. On the week I already have willpower problems... I have an evening snack left, so I could have two and still be okay on calories, but can i do it? Hmm...

ETA - it is now time for bed and we made it through the night without making the cookies! Woo hoo! So, changed my dinner from takeout salad or veggies over pasta to plain pasta (wasn't up for chopping lots of stuff), but made it through the day what I would consider totally OP! No candy, no cookies, no extra snacks, no extra pasta with dinner, nothing...

POP yesterday

E~30 minutes treadmill
B~leftover scrambled eggs (with red pepper, red onion and bacon) on ww muffin (yum)
S~nothing unless I'm starving and then a grapefruit
L~chopped salad (Romaine, Gorgonzola, tomatoes, mushrooms, ??? with vinaigrette), garlic bread, wine
S~not sure
D~thinking a chicken stir fry sounds rather yummy, but I'd have to go to the store for veggies--perhaps a quick trip to Trader Joe's on my way home!

Today's plan:
Exercise - lots of housework when I get home, some yoga after that if I have time and am not worn out by then

B: smoothie,
S: pb&j
L: chicken of the sea pink salmon 3 oz pouch, 1/2 oz bag of plain chips
S: think thin chocolate brownie bar
S: kashi go lean
D: small baked potato topped with grilled veggies (broccoli, onion, carrot, yellow & orange pepper & onion), fresh tomato, pink salmon and parmesan cheese - I get inventive when DH isn't home!
S: peanut butter graham cracker or skinny cow

Edited: changed lunch, snack and dinner. Pretty much entire day.

Have a plan, but barely any time to type it! Have to run and pick my sister up at the airport in 30 minutes...she's in town for my aunt's service...so I got up early to do my strength/cardio intervals. Hopefully I can get some more cardio in later.

B - 2 slices sourdough w/ egg beaters, 1 slice turkey bacon
S - Asian pear
L - leftover frittata w/ chicken sausage and veggies, salad
S - Popcorn
D - There will be wine involved, but I'll try to be moderate - roast chicken, roasted red potatoes, asparagus, and salad. Maybe 1 slice of bread.
S - Light lemon biscuit, strawberries, a bit of lemon curd, light whipped cream

E - 60 min strength/cardio intervals, at least 45 min step if I possibly can.

Friday's plan:

B: yogurt, banana, coffee
L: leftover pasta
S: grab a few munchies at the post-conference buffet
D: some kind of eggplant marinara dish my friend concocted (I'll let you know how it is) and a salad

No exercise for the last two days, but seven hours of housework that was vigorous enough to break two nails, pull a blister up on the palm of my hand and me ache like someone hit me with a bat all over. Argh. Discomfort led to some food and beverage choices that weren't the greatest...

Friday - OP all day until candy as my evening snack - won't list it all, but lets just say that there were five pieces of chocolate and some peanuts (500 calories, had 300 left for the day so 200 over)

Saturday:
B: kashi go lean crunch in low fat yogurt, banana, :coffe2:
L: Chinese food (lunch menu at least): spicy mango shrimp, brown rice, 1/2 serving wonton soup, egg roll, fortune cookie
D: mixed veggies (orange & yellow pepper, zucchini, broccoli, carrot, red onion)& turkey breast strips served over angel hair
S: Ben & Jerry's Light Phish Food - the entire carton over the course of a movie, Guinness Draught (bottle) - nifty, has some thingy in the bottle that simulates it coming off a tap
More calories yesterday than in any single day in probably six months, including Thanksgiving and Christmas...

Today:
B: B: kashi go lean crunch in low fat yogurt with blueberries, banana, :coffe2:
L: finger food at a family birthday party, small piece of cake (I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a veggie plate)
D: Turkey enchiladas, rice, chips and salsa
S: graham cracker
