Pat - I'm sorry about the stupid volcano!

Overdid it on the pizza, so made myself exercise while the boys watched "The Tigger Movie" - did 65 minutes of weider & swill ball strength training, 45 minutes of Elliptical HIIT, 20 minutes of stretching and cool down.

Ack! Why is the Dairy Queen so darn close to my house??!

I was completely lazy today - slept in till my phone woke me just before noon.

L: lean cuisine and veggie chips
S: DQ small blizzard.... yikes! A small is still almost 700 calories! =(
D: planning that right now, trying to keep it light!

E: Walked loop in the park, about 3.2 miles

Also I bought one of those balance balls today! I love using them but I get self-conscious at the gym now that I'm no longer at an all women's gym.

There is a DQ near my place too, I am weak for a chocolate dipped cone! I usually ask for a small and ask them to make it VERY small. I will probably indulge a couple of times this summer.
