Hello everyone. Its been awhile since I posted here. I wanted to let you know that I've been using Medifast and Wonderslim products as part of my plan. I've lost an additional 9.5 lbs totalling 22 lbs!! Not as fast as I'd like, but I'm getting there.
Hope you are all doing great!!!

Freakiel- Congrats on the 15 pounds!!!

Jen- Sorry to hear about the headaches--- other then that, how did your first week go???

Bikini- I started the same day..but, I'm on WS and I like the taste of most things. I'm doing the 12 week intro and it's been great for shrinking my stomach to the amount of food I can eat. But, I will probably move when that's done to counting calories and getting in some protein drinks.

Zay- congrats on the 22 pounds gone!!

I've lost another 3 pounds this week...making the total 17 pounds in 3 weeks! I have been so motivated at the gym-- last week, I was there 4 days and the week before I was there 5 days. I met with a trainer this week and he gave me some good directives on the elliptical and the treadmill to use the hill and speed interval programs...it's been kicking my butt!

Hope everyone had a good week and stayed OP!

Well, another couple of pounds gone. That's 15 for the month. I'm still on target to hit my goal by my birthday in November.

Friekiel - You're so close to your goal - congrats!

Jennifer - Howzit going so far?

B2B - You're doing fabulous! I bought some WS and it's really great. A nice change from MF. We'll have to keep each other motivated!

Rule - Good luck with Medifast!

Hello everyone.

I am new to this forum but not new to medifast. About a year ago I began my medifast journey and lost 45 pounds in about a month and a half. It was great, quick weight loss. Sadly I fell off the medifast wagon and I have gained a considerable amount of the weight back.

When I did the program the first time I went to the center and spent a large sum of money. This time around I plan to order the food online and weigh in at home. In order to do this successfully I feel I should join a forum such as this one so that i have some accountability. I hope I will gain the support I need to reach my goal this time.

I would love to have a buddy to exercise with, if anyone is interested let me know. I live in the Orlando area now, however I will be moving to Ft Lauderdale in a few weeks.

Question, how do I add a ticker to my posts?

Thanks in advance for the help and support and I look forward to getting to know you all well!!!

Hi, I am new here too! I am starting the HMR program this Sunday
From what I understand, (I wanted a ticker too! ) you have to have 20 posts here, and 20 days!
Hope that helps!
And I am wishing you LOTS of luck on your program!

Thank you for the information!!

What is the HMR program? I hope it works well for you. Medifast did wonders for me but it is sooo hard to stick to it this time around. But like you said "we can do this!"

Happy eating until Sunday lol.

I did a little pre-weigh in day peeking, which I am guilty of all too often. I haven't even lost a full pound this week so far! I'm really upset about this because I really upped my fitness this week, as I only have now and next week on medifast before I have to start doing it on my own, and I was really hoping to squeeze every last bit I could out of this diet. Oh well, I guess I will go for a jog today too and hope that when I wake up in the morning it'll be at least one pound.

Old story on these boards. When you ramp up exercising you tend to retain more water in your muscles and the scale stops dropping. Freaks almost everyone out. It's OK!! You are improving your health and helping lose inches. Check around the "Weight Loss Support" and "Exercise" forums for a better explanation. Good Luck.

Yeah, down one pound since last week. Kind of a bummer considering that I now only have one week left on medifast and I really wanted to be under 140 when I went off it, so that I'd have less than ten pounds left to lose. But it is still possible I could lose 3 pounds this week. Hm, we'll see.

Default the weight is coming off!

I'm down 57lbs in a little over three months now. The program has been easy and the best thing that has happened to me in a long time.

Hey, freakiel.

You are probably losing slower because you are already at a good weight for you. 5'8" and 143 is great!! I understand if you want to lose more, but it might be slow going because your body is holding on tight to the tiny amount of fat you have left

Congrats on your weight loss.

For what it's worth, changing things up often helps break a plateau. (Eat different foods, do different exercises, etc.)
