goalsuccess!

Now that you no longer have to huge stressor in your life I'm sure you'll get back on track with maintenance.

I think most of us will turn to food now and again. As long as we turn away again we'll be fine.

Wow, great quote, Dagmar!

Today at 2:00 pm (ET) What Not To Wear is featuring stories about women who have lost a great deal of weight and learning to dress their new bodies. It's on TLC. Should be interesting!

Congrats goalsuccess! I know that is a big weight lifted!

I missed the TLC special... hope they are going to air it again...

I just updated my profile to my post-implant maintenance level. I added in the 2 pound of the implants, moved my redlines on my spreadsheet to 119 and 126. I have to have a redline at the bottom, too, because I have a tendency to say 'ooo, I could cut calories for a couple of weeks and lose a little more...' then the number gets lower. So, got the idea from Schumeany to set a bottom line as well as a top line...

Have a good Saturday everybody!

Wow, that's incredible goalsuccess! Congratulations!!!

Sad news for me--I didn't find any golf clubs. The "big" sale at one place ended up being stuff that had been used as demos for years--so it was all old and scratched and if I'm buying something, I want it to be new and this year's technology. DH will go shopping with me next weekend at a golf expo.

Default Whew! A good surprise!

Got on the scale this morning dreading the number. I feel like I've been eating like a pig for weeks.

132.6 lbs. I was expecting somewhere up around 136. I guess all that stress and mushing through the snowdrifts burned more calories than I thought.

You betcha, Jay! I made the mistake of trying to get groceries this morning, along with everyone else in Pittsburgh who's getting ready for Super Bowl parties. The city is absolutely bananas!

Our house got invited last minute to host the big superbowl party. I did some last minute shopping and it was crazy. Hope they enjoy the huge tray of fresh fruit that I made along with fat free dip, LOL. I'm sure the food everyone else brings will be pretty much off limits for me. I'm having a hard time staying out of the fresh strawberries and pineapple though!

We were supposed to have my stepson tonight so his mom and her friends could have an Anti-Super Bowl dinner party, but at the last minute Friday the schedule changed, so now we have to have Super Bowl food, too. DH is very excited at the thought of making a slightly healthier version of his Super Bowl Nachos, which he apparently made every year before DSS came along. I'm not holding a lot of hope at them actually being healthier and am thinking about prepping a salad for myself as backup... I have some fruit and some yogurt, so I'll be fine I think. Hopefully the buddy who might come over won't bring more terrible for us stuff.

Allison - sorry about the clubs... I hate it when advertised sales like that turn out to be a something else entirely...

Dagmar - Yay!

Meg - I bet it was crazy out this morning. I heard that school buses are running late in the morning there?

Lily - good luck with your party!
