Does anyone want to be my accountability buddy(s)?
I will weigh and post my weight tomorrow morning. I have no Idea how much I weigh, I think I am about 260-265 lbs.
I'm just starting and I need all the support I can get. I will be low carbing (no specific plan), it doesn't matter to me if we are on different plans as long as it doesn't matter to you.
We can talk goals and such later, I just need someone that is willing and reliable.
I don't know what you guys have already been doing or if you've set any goals. But I think I will think about what my goals will be and what my plan of action is and post it here tomorrow.
Starting Weight: 218
Current Weight: 207
Goal Weight: 130
I eat 1900 calories per day.
I do cardio 3x per week for 30 minutes
I do strength training 3x per week
My Ultimate goal ~130 lbs
Mini goals
#1 ~ Lose 6 lbs by Valentines Day
#2 ~ Be in Onederland by March 1st
#3 ~ Work out for 60 minutes by March 1st
#4 ~ Lose 44 lbs by my birthday (June 30th)
I really do love the tickers. ^_^ They help you see your weight loss better. When I hit 214, I was so close to goal and that gave me extra umph for a while.
I had a really bad day due to being sick. I seem to be getting sicker and I guess I need to visit the doctor. I'm pretty sure I have bronchitis now.
I didn't weight this morning like I said I would. Sorry. And I have just been eating soup and stuff that is easy on the stomach as I have been queasy.
It looks like I may not start this thing till this sickness is over with. I just don't have the energy to keep up with a diet while being this sick. I will promise to do what I can though. I will try to make good decisions on what I eat.
I didn't write down any goals yet because I was in bed all day. I managed to get out of bed long enough to make this post. I wish you all well and I hope you are doing well on your weight loss journeys.
