Jump rope, just started really getting into it and I really like it a lot. Good thing I have never had problems with my knees! Simplicity is key.

A good workout mat. I have found that my spine is bonier than it used to be, and, even on the carpet, doing things like crunches and some of my other exercises and stretches are uncomfortable on my back without the extra padding.

My exercise step. I use it practically every day. 1/2 an hour of stepping while watching tv and I burn 300 calories! I have even taken it on trips.
