Nursie- WTG on the loss!!

MTig- WTG on the loss! I so admire your dedication!

Ruth- I forgive myself on the days I don't quite get it all together and concentrate on what I did well. WTG on the water and cals.

Clykk- WTG on the loss. I hear ya about the desire!

I'm feeling good that I've said WTG lots today; because there's lots to congratulate! What a motivator! I've been doing well today. I think Im ready to move on the C25K Week 4. Not to many treats and I'm doing okay with the water. Gotta go download C25K week 4.

I say YES to continuing until the New Year!

Talk about blizzard conditions. We have received about a foot of snow since Friday. Now it is blowing to beat the band. There are drifts in my yard about 4 feet tall. It just isn't letting up. I had to dig my way to the barn tonight and thought I would be frozen before I made it. Gotta love Michigan.

My weight is being stupid. After 3 days at 196ish, I popped up to 198 and have been there for 2 days. What gives?? Who knows.

Michellle- Happy anniversary. And way to go on the loss. You deserve it.

Ruth- Don't feel guilty. Sometimes we just deserve a break.

Clykk- I am so tempted to join a gym. I have said if I don't lose some real weight by the first of the year, I am joining.

Grazer- Good job on continuing C25K. Do you do it on the treadmill?
