Default reg fat smash phase1 question??

HI!! I'm doing the reg FS phase1 I know this time of year is bad but as long as I don't gain and maintain will be a plus
I'll probably stay on phase1 for awhile since I really don't miss meat
My question is about beans what amount are you allowed per day I have the book and can't find it
thanks let me know how all of you are doing!!
We all could use encouragement!!!

Lentils saved my life during phase 1- I bought a bag of lentils that was like 2 cups, then put in 8 cups water, I cut up an onion and threw it in there with salt and pepper and curry. I slowly cooked this till the lentils got as soft as I wanted (takes longer than what the package says), then refrigerated it and pulled out portions and heated them- it lasted me all week, I'd eat at least a bowl a day it was good My mom makes it with rice, but I didn't put rice, you could probably cook it with brown rice if you want more thickness.
