Default Acativity Pts earned for cardio/weight dvd's

I was hoping someone could help me. I was doing only cardio for about 2 weeks and it was easy to calculate my activity pts based on the criteria I have read. But now I am easing into my DVD collection (mainly 'The Firm') which focuses on cardio and weights how would I calculate the activity pts for these?

I work up a sweat and at times talking could be difficult

thanks for the help

It's really the same, I think. You determine your 'activity level' - easy, moderate, or hard - and stick that into your AP slider or calculator. There aren't different criteria for different exercises.

And the amount earned would also depend on your height and current weight and level of fitness. No one size fits all, sorry!

well after three days of doing the cardio/weight on the dvd's and I worked as hard as my level of fitness would allow I would call my workouts in the med/heavy range then. Some of the dvd's work me harder and longer than others

Thank you for helping me clear this up it was a real scratch you head moment LOL
