Hey Ladies- I've done the 30DS for a month and a half now, took about a week or 2 off and now I'm ready to recommit. So I'm going to join in here with you ladies, and I'm going to start at the beginning again! I'll do my first day tomorrow. I'll post my measurements and stuff here too if that's cool.

I use 2 pound weights, I know that sounds lame, but it's all I can handle. I have lost almost 10 inches on my whole body using the 2 pound weights since starting the 30DS in October so I'm not complaining- they clearly do their job. I will probably up my weights to 3.5 soon, but I don't really see the need yet.

Do what you can, and what you are comfortable with!

Let's do this! We'll be half way through by Christmas, and seriously in the first week or two I saw a HUGE change in my body so I'm excited to see that happen again before Christmas! Let's do it!

Amazon e-mailed that my dvd won't come until the 17th, but I'm hoping it gets here a little early. I am eager to start and see some progress in my body! I'll post as soon as I get it.

Ok, I just did Day 1. I was thinking that this would be sooo easy. 20 minutes a day! HA! Im sweating and exhausted right now!
Im using 2 1/2lb weights so I don`t think 2lbs is lame! They were all I had in the house and Im glad for that!
I`ll put my measurements up too because Im really curious what my progress will be. I think I will need more than 10 days on level 1 though.
chest 42 inches
waist 43 inches
hips 49 inches
weight 220

Im already dreading tomorrow but Im going to do it...Im also doing eat to live with this so Im hoping for some good results.
Good job to everyone else! We can do this!

Day 1: Done!
Day 2: I realized that I didnt do day 1 at my best, so I gave it hard today. I hate bicycle crunches!
Day 3: I didnt want to do it today...but its done. Im glad I did it.
Day 4: If Im this exhausted after day 4, how am I going to manage another 26 days?!
Day 5: Today my knees really hurt but I did it. I must have been doing some of the moves badly.
Day 6: I skipped today. But I will go to the gym tonight.
Day 7:
Day 8:
Day 9:
Day 10:

Day 3 today, think I'll do level 1 right now. My neck hurts. I really feel like blowing it off but I'm going to do it anyway.

How's everyone doing? I skipped yesterday due to a cold but pushed through it today anyhow (just level 1 again).

Im doing good with it. Ive been doing the shred in the mornings during my sons naptime, then going to the gym in the evening for an hour. I also havent been cheating with my diet but Im only on day 3 so I have lots of time to cheat yet. Im already seeing a difference in my endurance. But, its exhausting!

I finally got my DVD and did day 1 level 1 last night. Wow! I am a bit sore. My arms were exhausted last night with just 2.5# weights, but it's my legs that hurt today. Well, I'm already doing a pep talk today to get myself to do it tonight! It was cool, but totally not what I'm used to so I look forward to amazing results!

I gave in to the cold today and am not training, even if it's only 20 minutes

I've been doing great with it! I finished Day 6 today. I'm still a little sore everyday, but not nearly as bad as the first couple days.

I can feel my endurance is better too. Don't get me wrong I'm still out of breath and sweating with a bright red face, but it doesn't feel so hard.

It helps having my husband doing it with me too. Definitely motivating having someone to help force me to do it.

I'm planning on doing 10 days at each level. So I'm still at level 1 right now.

I'm still sick but pushed myself to do level 1 today. Can't wait to get my regular stamina back, it hasn't even been a week but I'm a big baby.

Okay, the posts have slowed way down on every board, but I figured I'd post since I'll be leaving town and will have sporadic web access in the next 2 weeks....
Anyway, finished day 4 last night and I think it's getting a bit easier, but my left foot hurts now in the arch area. I'm wearing my good running shoes during the workout. Any ideas/suggestions?
Hope everyone is doing well with the Shred and with holiday prep. I'm hoping to maintain my weight for the rest of the month and continue to do 30DS everyday, even at my In-laws and parents houses!
