Hey Ladies- I've done the 30DS for a month and a half now, took about a week or 2 off and now I'm ready to recommit. So I'm going to join in here with you ladies, and I'm going to start at the beginning again!

I'll do my first day tomorrow. I'll post my measurements and stuff here too if that's cool.
I use 2 pound weights, I know that sounds lame, but it's all I can handle. I have lost almost 10 inches on my whole body using the 2 pound weights since starting the 30DS in October so I'm not complaining- they clearly do their job. I will probably up my weights to 3.5 soon, but I don't really see the need yet.
Do what you can, and what you are comfortable with!

We'll be half way through by Christmas, and seriously in the first week or two I saw a HUGE change in my body so I'm excited to see that happen again before Christmas!
