I think hitting normal BMI was my favorite day of this whole journey. It felt sooo strange -- the whole collar bone and cheek bone thing. I'm pretty sure it will surpass how I am going to feel when I reach my actual goal. In truth, that actually makes me a little nervous...the whole transition to maintenance feels like it is looming. I want to make sure I do it right, and keep this weight OFF!

Such a fun goal to reach. And I really did feel like my body was different around that point. Even though I was still pretty far from goal, it's like turning a corner.

Congrats! Not far to go now! And - I completely agree - I will take my wrinkles and excess skin over the fat ANY day of the week. Don't you almost float as you walk across a room?

Yeah, imagine that, being normal anything for me!

I think when it loomed last time I was not ready to deal with all that came with maintenance. I have been reading the maintainers threads to prepare and so glad that so may people stay to share their expertise. It does feel surreal, like I am in anothers body.

I think you will be fine, and we may not do it perfectly but it'll be fun.

Yep, along with the goal pants this is fun. And I was surprised too at my body feeling different. I was this weight before but I guess I never fully appreciated it when I was "normal".
Thanks for the comments.

Yeah, it is so much fun. On my daily walks it is apparent that I have been carrying a big burden for a long time.

Good luck on your journey!

Thanks.

I love how you put mini goals in your sig. I have mini goals but it never occurred to me to display. I keep learning!
