Decided to hold off on the mahi mahi until a weekend when I can serve it for my in-laws, so last night we had Asian beef stir fry with noodles. Still OP.

B~banana milk shake (banana and ff milk)
S~toast with lf Laughing Cow cheese
L~South Beach chicken caprese, apple
S~Activia yogurt, nuts
D~chicken parmesan

The gym was so packed yesterday it made it difficult to get everything done. First all the treadmills were taken so I had to do the elliptical. I managed 5 minutes there and a treadmill opened up so I switched and jogged for a mile and then did my lifting. I much prefer going earlier in the afternoon when it's more quiet.

OP yesterday and OP planned for today. My struggle is lately high cals one day/ lower cals the next to make up for splurge. I'm looking to have a sorta stable plan with weekend only splurges.
now that TOM is gone I'm on it!
it's funny even knowing TOM is part of the issue, the urges sometimes still win. Well, at least I can maintain (pun, hehe) an awareness... that's a good start, I like to believe

Sometimes, I despise my body. Like today, for example. Last night, I was baking a cake, and I skipped my planned dessert in order to have a spoonful (A SPOONFUL) of frosting. It was delicious and probably just around the same calories.

But how did my body react to the sugar shock? 2 lb gain. I swear, if I deviate AT ALL from my plan, I get a water weight slap on the wrist.

Planning for today:
B - English muffin w/ lt cheese, canadian bacon
S - Apple
L - Leftovers - Pita Pizza, Salad
S - Greek Yogurt
D - Going to a Halloween/Birthday party (thus the cake). Not in charge of the food. Last I heard, options are burgers and s'mores (along with the cake). So...yeah. Limits, obviously, on what I can do with that, but we'll work it out. And I will be having a glass of wine for sure.

E - 60 min elliptical

OP yesterday except I missed the gym. Weight was down a pound, though. I've been hovering between 150-151 for a couple of weeks now. I need to really change things up to get it to go down.

B~egg white omelet, coffee
S~nuts
L~salad (Applebee's)
D~burrito at the football game

OP today calorie wise. Like you manda I am feeling the water slap start. Even now, before I even sleep and wake up to the scale. Reason: CARBs, even totally whole grain. I had 200cals of kashi bar for snack and south beach whole grain sandwich wrap (110 cals) with ground turkey tacos for dinner. I mean, really!! But, I'm cool. Tomorrow is another day on the maintenance wagon.

op day today, but no exercise. I'm trying to let an injury rest and I'm a bit nervous about the prospect of not being able to run. I have grown to really love it and I want to protect my running future.
the no exercise part was tough as I needed it to deal with the water weight (actually only .5 pound by the am) but I'm cool. for now
