Well, I started SIS yesterday and got thru 20 minutes tehn couldn't take anymore layed down on the floor and crashed! ugh. well, I am about to try again- we'll see what happens!
So, today is day 2 here I go!
Anyone else wanna join in feel free!!! I am going to use this as well as my exercise challenge in the SBD forum to post my work!
30 days till my wedding!
8/27- 20 minutes, then crashed!
8/28-got it done with the exception of resistance bands... mine weren't long enough
8/29-rest day
8/30- rest day(bad excuse- I wanted to but worked all day then we had company till 11)
8/31-nothing!
9/1-blah blah blah.. laziness
9/2- gym 45 minutes incorporating some SIS moves- I get soooo bored with the videos!
9/3-rest
9/4-13hr work day-but worked very hard
lol no excuses.
