I say do what is best for benchmarkman! I myself am the minority around here, I only weigh in once a month and it has been the best thing for me. And yes, I AM still maintaining my loss! We are all unique individuals, what works for me may not work for everyone.

So today was the big day and the scale was not nice, about 2lbs higher but now it's showing about the same as normal. I'm starting to go into worry mode about that maybe the earlier and higher reading was right. God I can't "weight" until I get over this obsession with the scale and stop tottaly.
