Just venting here, don't worry. Eating- same foods, same calories. Exercising-same amount. TOM- nope. Scale- up three pounds all week. Trying to achieve that level of Zen I need to know that there is nothing to feel bad about? Priceless.
There IS nothing to feel bad about. Feel good that you have done all those things in and of itself - same foods, same calories, same exercise. That's plenty to feel good about right there.
Sometimes even when we do all the "right" things, our bodies still have minds of their owns. Likes to play tricks on us.
Hang tight. It's just a normal (though annoying) fluctuation. This too shall pass.
