Their "eat this instead" still makes me cringe:

Burger King Egg & Cheese Croissan'wich
* 300 calories
* 17 g fat (6 g saturated; 2 g trans)
* 740 mg sodium
* 26 g carbs

Good grief. I could fix myself eggs and bacon and cheese on a whole wheat english muffin for about the same calories and 1/2 the fat, 1/4 of the sodium, and fewer carbs.

Scary.

These meals are for people-on-the-go. I am always running out the door, but I have gotten into the habit of having a yogurt, bananna or some other fruit, and coffee. That or cereal. Inexpensive and better for me.

I eat breakfast sitting down at home, even though it means getting up earlier to do it. My hubby has less time in the morning than I do, because I frequently will wait until after I've dropped him off at work and done my workout before getting a shower. He's gotten in the habit of making several egg and biscuit or egg and toast sandwiches on the weekend and refridgerating them for future breakfasts.

Not only are they a lot healthier than ANYTHING offered by McD's or BK, but they save us a ton of money!

Same here. I'd probably scrape the side of my car if I had to go into a drive-through.

Yup. This is so easy to do and so much healthier than the fast-food alternative.
