Well girls, today I have officially started phase 1. I was going to put it off until moving was complete, but I've decided that this needs to be a priority if I'm really going to keep my sugar addiction from coming back out of remission and smacking me in the butt!
13 days off of chocolate/refined sugars!! and Down 6 lbs from when I started this. FANTASTICO
I'm not really looking to lose a ton of weight on phase 1 as much as I'm hoping to kill my sugar cravings so I can have some peace of mind
