I always have trouble picking the best shoes. I recently started Turbo Jam, and find my shoes don't really allow "bounce." Any recs? Running, training? I thought running shoes might be best. What kinds of shoes do you use, and for what kinds of exercises?

I use MBT brand shoes.. although those are VERY expensive.. they work great for exercising and keeps your feet, legs, and back from hurting while exercising.

i wear asics gel duomax-soled running shoes to the gym, and for all my group fitness classes. The light but very supportive sole is good for high-impact stuff and these shoes are so much better than the cross-trainers i had before.
