A lot of people here have had the same wake-up moment. But in reality, it didn't happen to any of us overnight.

There is tons of support on this site, and lots of information about healthy eating plans. Just start reading and see what seems like a good fit for you. In the meantime, no more takeaway, start eating more fruit and veggies, drink water every day, and start exercising. It's going to be okay. You can do this!
