Default Summer Squash Recipe (hot and sweet)

6 yellow summer squash, cleaned and sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 stick unsalted butter, melted
1/8 tsp Stevia Concentrate Dark Liquid
1/2 tsp fresh ground ginger root
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cayenne (red) pepper

Place squash in 9 or 10 in pyrex dish. Whip butter, sugar, salt, pepper and ginger until well blended. Drizzle butter mixture over squash. Cover dish and bake at 350° F. for 1 hour.

Serving size: 1 cup

Thanks for this snapless.
We've got more squash than we know what to do with right now and more coming in every day. Everything in our garden is doing great except for the onions.
