What I find remarkable is that some people close to my height look lighter than others who actually weigh less. For example the 4'11" 120 pounder looks smaller and fitter than the 5'3" girl who weighs just over 100 pounds. This is a hard concept for me to understand, even though I know that body composition has a great deal to do with it. I do refer to this chart often to see what I might look like if and when I ever reach my final goal weight. I've been stuck at 5 pounds from goal for over a year now and am beyond frustrated.
