I've been doing YBB Core and Goddess booty for about a month. I've noticed that my balance and flexibility are better. I've lost about 10 pounds in the past month.
I've been dieting and exercising for about 6 months. I've lost about 50 pounds total. I cycle most days and lift weights 4 days.
My goal was to improve my flexibility. When I first started, my performance was pretty bad. Now, I can do all of Goddess booty and most of yoga core.
My favorite YBB is yoga core because its still slightly over my head (Side plank). I'm still about 40 pounds overweight. I can do side plank a little, but I'm not shining up too well.
I have ordered a couple of different yoga dvds to keep from getting bored, but don't have them yet.
The meditation bothers me a little. I usually close my eyes and think of something else. I'm not in this for any spiritual reason. I just want the physical benefits.
