Absolutely agree. I keep this on hand in my freezer as a quick meat fix, just crisp it up in a pan or microwave in a pinch and it is tasty protein in an instant. Just be sure to read the labels because some of those varieties and flavors can sneak in extra calories and fat compared to other sausage versions in the same brand.
