The coolest thing was I had a conversation with my brother yesterday at dinner.. he asked what my plans for the weekend were and that I 'deserved to take a weekend off from exercise and truly relax'.
But I explained that exercise is the way I can truly relax. (I'm one of those people that stare lovingly at the floor when I'm really stressed.. wondering what the reaction would be if I laid down and did some pilates exercises)
Thank goodness for replacing emotional eating with exercise!!
