I do like Fage, but my regular grocery store and Trader Joe's don't carry it, so I rarely make a special trip to Whole Foods (the closest place around here I can find it) to buy it. I love to mix Fage with fresh blackberries, if I'm feeling extremely decadent, I add a drizzle of honey (almost makes it TOO sweet, but so good).

I get the Trader Joe's fat free Greek yogurt with honey. I love to mix it with 1/2 cup Nature's Path Pumpkin Flax Granola cereal, one of my favorite breakfasts!

I prefer Fage --- but ONLY The "Fage Total" full-fat version, which I eat with straberries, blackberries, etc. in the morning. The no-fat version is a bit gross. Try the full-fat -- Ive been eating it steady for a few weeks (not EVERYDAY, but 3 - 4 times a week) and I have lost weight, so even though its fatty, it probably wont make you fat. Fage IS expensive, but imo it's so worth it considering how much I like it.

I think I like the Trader Joe's 0% brand better (and it's less expensive) than the Fage 0%. However, since I just bought a case of the Fage, I will be eating that for a while. Plus we don't have a TJ's where I live. I really detest the Greek God's stuff--to me it's sour and not creamy like Greek yogurt should be.

Although I don't do it often, I love Greek yogurt with honey and chopped walnuts. Normally, I just eat it with berries and some TJ's High Fiber cereal mixed in. I'm going to have to look into some of the ideas people have suggested, especially since i have a case to get through by June 6.

I buy the 0% and the 2% Fage from Trader Joes pretty regularly. I LOVE the TJ's regular Greek yogurt--it is amazing--but too high fat for me for every day. I could literally eat the whole container in one sitting!

I eat mine Lebne style (a Middle Eastern herbed yogurt cheese) I add in 2 tsp of good olive oil, a bit of sea salt, about 1/2 T dried oregano or thyme (or both) 12-15 chopped fresh mint leaves from my garden and 5 kalamata olives sliced in half. YUM! YUM! YUM! I eat it just like this, or if I have calories for it is great on a fresh warm pita too!

I get the TJ's o% and do one of 2 things, depending upon my mood:
I eat it with kashi Crunchy cereal -- a nice crunchy snack.
I also eat it as a dessert with some chocolate chips sprinkled in and a drizzle of santa cruz organic caramel syrup!! This has completely eliminated my need (and I do mean NEED) for ice cream.

All these sound so good. I haven't tried Greek yogurt yet. but with regular yogurt I find that mixing in some nutrasweet works as well as honey.

Wow! What a great response! Thank you all for the GREAT ideas and websites. Caramel syrup?!? YUM. And Schmoodle, how do you know I am not already smearing it all over myself? Maybe it is the cure for loose skin

I remembered it was not FAGE I bought the first time. It was that Greek Gods kind.

Meanwhile, I found this:

I want it!!

Oh, that looks so good and I haven't had my snack this afternoon...
I would think it's similar in taste to what I have with the agave nectar, and I use almonds usually, my preference, but great with any nut. Tastes very sinful!
