Default New and Need Help Choosing Right Plan

Hi there. I am Heather, 34, WI, Approx 20 lbs to lose.

I am wavering between Nutrisystem, Medifast and Diet to Go. I LOVE food. And obviously want the most tasty of the 3. I also do not want to feel hungry. Der, who does lol. I have never tried a program like this before.

I would really appreciate your thoughts and suggestions!!!

Thank you so much!!!

I haven't tried any of those programs (I'm on BistroMD), but I wanted to say welcome, good luck on your journey, and definitely poke around here as there are lots of people on all three of those plans you mentioned, and I'm sure they'll share (or have shared, in the archives) their experiences with 'em all.

Hi Heather,

I am Dee. I have done Nutrisystem. It's hit or miss. Some foods are okay, some are not. I could never do NS again - after a while the food is just dry.

I just ordered Diet to Go, based on reviews, especially noodlebean on her fantastic blog Thin by Mail. Good luck and you can do this!

I am new to Nutrisystem, and am totally loving it. You eat every 3 hours - prepared foods, plus foods from the grocery store. I'd suggest you try it for a month!

Is this one new or has it been around awhile? How does the food taste? Do they send you the amount you'd need and you put it in freezer or how does that work?
