P.S. Because it's my TOM i'm hungry all the time anyway. I'm trying to retrain my body into realizing actual hunger and not pretend hunger. I'm trying to remember the difference between boredom and actual hunger, so my stomach has been growling a lot lately. But I think I'm finally getting it.

I finally got the lesson with food journaling and reading all the labels.
What a wasted amount of calories on mayonnaise. It's not even real food.
Lesson learned, so a victory irregardless.....
Now I just have to get my activity up ,and water intake, up...
