Me too. And I think working on weightloss and being healthy in general is under the WOW, so good for us for the realisation and the doing!

I am interested in the idea of how faith-based dieting can actually work. I mean, I guess I am a little skeptical but it is great to see that there is still some good out there in the world. Tell me your secrets, if you have any. I am open to anything that involves weight loss. Oh, and I am kind of new here too, just so ya'll know!

Hey not sure if anyone is still on these threads but I just wanted to say that I'm also LDS!! I'm currently going to BYU and a mommy of an 8 month old baby girl and a wife to the most amazing guy in the world!
