Me: 176.5, down half a pound from last week. Well, on one hand, I'm not real inclined to complain about any loss, no matter how small. On the other, well, I'd really like to put the 180's deeper behind me. We'll see how it looks next week.
Stayed the same this week but seem to be developing a pattern of have 2/3 weeks at the same weight and then losing 3 or so. Don't know why as I am very consistent with my eating
130.2... 0.2 down from last week. Arghhh it's soooo slowwwwww..... But at least I lost SOMETHING. Considering I didn't have the best week with food, I guess I'll take it! I'm dying to get to the 120's--haven't been there in 3 years!
174... I was 2 pounds heavier all week, and quite depressed about it, because in kilos it just wouldn't go under the "magical" 80 line... but today, it finally went to 79,1. That's around 10 pounds in a month... and I really thought it would go a little quicker, although I was ready to take it slowly, but not this slowly...
I just weighed in today (3/3) but it was 168.4! Down 2lbs from last week and into a new ten pound range i'm pretty happy with that. I had kinda platuead earlier and i'm glad to be off of it. I wanted to be 165 when i go to visit my parents next weekend, but that's not realistic anymore. If i can get down to 167 i'll have lost another 10lbs since i last saw them, which would be nice. I've seen them almost every 10lbs; i saw them at 196, 186, 177, and hopefully 167 next week!
I had a horrific cold last week didn't feel like eating much had mostly chicken noodle soup plus nothing has any taste as a result down 2lbs to 179lbs not the way I would have chosen it but i'll take it
