Ok so I am going to tell on my self. I asked if anyone had tried the diet bread. The recipie cost me $7. I thought if it worked it was a small price to pay. I got the recipie, I followed it to the letter. I can't tell you how bad it smelled when it was cooking. My DH said when he walked in " What is that smell??" I laughed and said " it is my new bread" Lets make a very long story short. It tasted worse than it smelled. It took two days to get the smell out of the house. Lady's DON"T do fall for it. Have a great day. Sha

Sha --

Ok - I'm curious -- what exactly was in it? I've never heard of it and would be interested to know the ingredients...

I got a e-mail talking about this bread that made you feel full for up to 8 hours. It was "the best bread you'll every taste" haha.
It had buck wheat, honey, molasses, soy milk, non refined sugar, baking soda, sea salt. I don't remember anything else, but as you can see it did not sound to bad, but there are just no words to tell you how bad it was. I just don't want anyone else to pay the $7. I don't like to be the only fool, but I think of you as friends, hate to see a friend taken. Sha

My older sister's biscuits would make you feel full for hours...however that was not on purpose!!! They were like rocks!!!

Think I'll stick to (moderate amounts of) our good San Francisco sourdough bread!
