So I know there is probably already a sticky with this on it, but I haven't had any luck with it! I"m well into my first week of phase 2 and am wondering which breakfast cereals ya'll are eating!? Thanks!

Default I am also just starting to reintroduce cereals

to my phase 2 breakfasts. So far I've had fiber one (not the one with nut clusters, just the plain ole' cereal) with splenda and skim milk. I also have had real non-instant oatmeal with splenda, cinnamon and slivered almonds. Both are very satisfying. good luck!

I have tried the FiberOne and the Kashi GoLean. They are both edible but not great. I can't stand the Uncle Sam's. I just decided I'd rather have oatmeal when I want something starchy for breakfast. but I usually try to stick more to proteins and veggies for breakfast.

I like good old-fashion oatmeal best. I cook it long so it loses it's creaminess and is "rough". I sprinkle a little cinnamon on it and add some fresh or frozen berries and a drizzle of sf syrup, yum yum!
For cold cereal, I really like the Ezekiel cereals. They're made from sprouted grains and lentils, and they're really filling. I don't put milk on mine, though. I prefer it topped with Greek yogurt, fruit, and sf caramel or vanilla syrup.
