B: 1 cup 1% Milk, 1 scoop Slim Fast Optima Shake Powder
S: 1 sv (100g) LF Yogurt, 1 Lg Banana
L: 1 cup Chunky Chicken Soup, 1 slice Multi Grain Bread, 1/2 tbsp ICBINB
S: 1 bag SmartPop Popcorn Mini Bags
D: 5oz Roasted Chkn Breast, 1 cup Potatoes (mashed), 2/3 cup Corn Niblets
S: 1 cup LF Jell-O

W: 1500mL +

E: 45 minutes Walking @4.5mph (3 miles), + weekend chores and shoveling the walks

Calories: 1588
Fat: 22%
Carbs: 56%
Protein: 22%

L: French toast (made with whole wheat bread and eggbeaters) with sugar free syrup
D: Homemade beef stew (more veggies then meat)
S: Not sure probable string cheese and veggies with fat free ranch; I think I'm also going to add some 94% fat free popcorn to my list because i went on fitday and realized my calories and fat where both too low. This will also provide me with some extra fiber

WO: I’m going to try and get on the treadmill today

Water: 3 Liters
