That is great! I notice your average for 5 months is 8.8 a month. How did you get 29 off in the first month though?

Thanks so much everyone!!

Jasmine31 - My start date was the day I gave birth to my second daughter. I gained 28 lbs with her. I had a c-section, so I wasn't too mobile, but I was still eating like a cow. lol I owe my 29 lb weightloss in the first month to breastfeeding. That has definitely helped with my weightloss all together. Up until about a month ago I was still eating like a cow and not exercising regularly, so it makes sense to me that burning those extra calories breastfeeding has really helped me lose weight.
