I hate that I love the show, because I know their methods are extreme and not really healthy or "real-life" friendly. Some of what they have the contestants do, seems so dangerous they have to have ambulances and/or emergency medical teams just off camera.

Still, it is entertaining, and inspirational as long as I remember that my results are not going to be that dramatic.
