Goals for August:
Ok so this is what I pledged for August and how I did...
Drink 64 oz of water per day...I got to lazy to count to be honest with you. I did focus on drinking MORE water and think I averaged about 64 oz.
Do 1100 minutes of exercise...YAY over 1100 minutes, which was a 100 minute increase from last month. I think I will up it by 50 for Sept.
Go the whole month without drinking anything with cals (except coffee I mean come on...)...Ok this was officially ruined when I was shooting soccer tournaments outside in the heat for 12 hour days. Gatorade was vital...however sips of my husbands dr. pepper were not, this goal was completely FAILED.
Run 3X a week no matter what...averaged about 2X per week, but did so tooooooo hard and got shin splints...
Strength Train once a week no matter what...most weeks managed twice a week (GO ME) and I finally feel comfortable in the weight room at the gym.
Track ALL calories this month...yeah this was a big fat failure.
Looking forward to September Goals I think I am honing in on what I need to do...its like a science hehe!
