Unhappy headache when lifting?

Does anyone have that problem? I especially see it when I do the leg curl and leg extension...when I get done with those my head is just POUNDING like crazy!

Can anyone relate? Any tips?

are you making sure to breathe? It could just be the fact that your blood is circulating faster. I've definitely had this happen, but for me it's usually because I am holding my breath

i'd say breathe aswell. make sure they are good deep breaths too. in on one move and breathe out on the next, ie, in on the contraction and out on the extension.
