Default Weekly Weigh-In 4/4-4/10

Im honestly scared to step on the scale this morning so I havent done it yet.. I know its not going to agree with what Ive done the past week.. Ive kicked myself into high gear.. Knee pain or not Im going to excise and at least be back to what I started last week at.. HOPEFULLY!!!

Weight is pretty stuck around 250 lately... i have been doing more walking though- at lunch break as well, so im hoping it will start dropping off soon! I may have to....uggghh... excersize more.

but if you read my post in chat--- in estatic about the inches off!

Well it's my Friday weigh in time. I weigh 182.5. Which actually isn't bad since I was up to 184 as of Wednesday (time of the month does that to me) so I'm ok with this week's weight. Next week will be the true test...no time of the month to blame if I don't lose. I did exercise 4Xs this week so far (30 minutes bike and walks with the kids daily) and kept to my eating plan. I'm a slow loser but any loss is great. I WANT to be in the 170s so much that I am gonna do it. I always seem to stall just short of it...not this time.
