Tuesday:
2.5 miles running on treadmill (6.2-8mph)
3.5 miles walking on track
10 min rower
30 min lower body weight training

Wednesday:
30 min stairmaster interval prog level 9
35 min elliptical machine level 7
20 min stationary bike
abs exercises
3 miles walking on track

Thursday:
5 MILES on treadmill running (6-6.8mph)
30 min upper body weight training
3 miles walking on track outdoors (will do this afternoon)
