Default Weigh-In Thread 1/2 - 1/8

Yeah, so I weighed. I've been really on and off since about Dec. 18 or so. And when I'm off - I am off - almost full-binge mode every day. So, needless to say, I gained, despite efforts to stay on plan about half the time. I gained pretty big, 7 lbs., I'm sure a lot of that is water, but it sucks. So I'm 'fessing up to it and I think I still might have a chance to be at 155 by V-day if I work my @$$ off, which is what I plan to do. Anyone else have an after-X-mas damage report? Or, better, an after-the-holidays loss to report?

WELL HERE GOES
My name is Nancy. I am in the process of undergoing weight loss surgery {the band} and I thought if I had to diet and exersice after I might as wll do it now. Since 12-23 I have lost 7lbs. so I think do it. I am trying to lose 110lbs. I guess since my surgery is 3-22 I have time to really give this a sincere effort. I will weigh in on the 8th with you guys I hope to be 4lbs lighter

Ahh, sadly, I am a gainer, too. I'm up two pounds to 181. Next week, I WILL be reporting a loss, though!

Well since I didn't start posting here until after Christmas. On the 23rd I was 150lbs and on the 26th when I weighed in I was 153lbs so I gained 3 lbs over Christmas. and since i decided to start my diet on the 26th again I have lost 5lbs.

i'll weigh in on friday as usual BUT i just wanted to say : WHO CARES if we've gained (and i probably did too, this weekend was BRUTAL) as long as we get right back on track and not let it get out of hand. and everyone is doing just that, so i say congrats to everyone!

i was stubborn except for three days and thought i gained, but all i had gained was a cold. i am proud to annouce the cold is now gone lolol. i have had a new out look now about sugar, my enemy. it lowers the immune system... drastically. from what ive heard it will lower it for about 6 hours. so for me the three days of binge eating is what did it. and now i wont even think twice... i dont want to run the risk of it again.

anyway.... did everyone have a safe and fun new years? but mostly.. is everyone ready to kick into high gear for valentines day????!!!!!!

I gained also...I gained five lbs!!!! Wow! late nights of drinking mass amounts of alcohol and late night burger nights add up fast.

It was a blast...but back to getting on plan!

hmmm well i was all over the show on the scales over the christmas new years period.. I think tho I can say I didn't gain anything, as the fluctuations were withing my usual range (74.0-75.2 kg)... yeah I know it's a big range.. BUT at least there were no forays into the 76's! he he.. but to get to 155 by valentines day is going to requires some commitment.. still only 1/2 a box of shortbread and 1 bag of m&m's left...

Hey guys!
I weighed in at 158.5 today, which is where i've been hovering for the past couple of weeks...i changed my weigh in time from the morning to before dinner (i am usually at my bf's in the morning and he hates it when i weigh myself) so hopefully i will be more regular with the weighing in. i still have 8.5 lbs left to go before valentines day! yikes! i hope everyone is having a good week!
