Just wanted 2 say Hi 2 every1, it's my first time here.
I am 23 years old & am REALLY wanting 2 FINALLY get rid of all my excess weight (HELP).

Have been reading about the South Beach Diet & will hopefully start on that.

This is a pretty good place to help establish your goals and get started.
How much weight do you have to loose? I know a lot of people have had success with the South Beach Diet. They have their own forum on here, too.
