I kind of suspected I wasn't going to lose this week with all of the cheating I've been doing!!! I guess I'm just happy I didn't gain

I didn't get a chance to weigh myself last week, my son was pretty sick. But I lost 2 lbs since my last weigh in. Yay!! Good job Jdogg on your loss and Leslie, at least you didn't gain anything. I'm sure you'll see a loss next week. Good luck everyone!!

I lost five pounds! Yeah! It's been a couple of weeks sinced I've weighed myself. My goal was to be at 160 by the end of October, but that will be my November Goal now

After maintaining last week, I'm really excited to say that I lost 2 pounds this past week! Putting me at 193. Having the scale moving again, is making me feel more motivated!
