I'm (usually??) pretty good about sticking to my plan, but every Wednesday is a struggle, because all my friends come over and they ALWAYS bring takeout while I'm eating... not takeout!
Also last night I needed a pan for cooking that had one more piece of cake in it, so... I ate the cake :/ couldn't just throw it away! But I guess it was okay in the long run because the piece was small and I didn't go too much over calories from it.
