Hey everyone
I haven't been around for a year now due to a series of events that altered my life greatly. On July 1st 2013 I had an accident that left me with a neck injury, a concussion and severe back pains. I spent a month in bed and the healing process was extremely long and painful, which cause me to become depressed and as a result I gained 15 kg. Not very happy about that.
Yet something good came out of this accident. An old friend of mine, who was living in a city 2.5 hours away from mine visited me and after I started moving again we started dating. So here I am a year later, moving in with him, starting a new life and, yes, after a good recovery, starting to exercising and eating healthily. Now that is something to be happy about.
So with my partner's support I start my quest for a healthy lifestyle once more. My first goal is to lost 10 kg until the end of December. This time I will finish this.
