Total Vacation Gain: +2 lbs - Way better than I ever imagined! I expected at least an 8 pound gain since I ate junk the entire vacation. McDonald's & Hardees every day for just about every meal and pop tarts, Oreo cookies, potato chips, granola bars and beef jerky in between meals. I sat in a car for most of the trip with very little exercise (drove from Minnesota to Denver to Chicago back to Minnesota - all in a week). Now that it's over, it is time to work hard and get to my high school weight of 185 before my cousin's wedding on September 14.
