I currently weight 191.6 as of this morning. My highest weight was 252 all the way back in 2008.
I can't wait to finally make it to my goal! I aim to eat 1440 calories or under and exercise 3 days out of the week or more depending on how busy I am.
Today I ate a stir fry for lunch, a risotto for dinner and an apple as a snack.
Oh and I intermittently fast so I eat between 1pm and 9pm, having an evening cut off for eating is especially useful to me as I will just continue to snack until I go to bed even taking me over my calories (it's weird how my mind works with rules)
