I'm currently 180 and at the heaviest I have ever been. Believe me, I'm ready to see that number go!

Took me 11 days again to lose a lb. Looks like I'm in a pattern of losing only 3lbs a month. I don't know why. I eat between 1000-1200 calories a day. Do not even mention starvation mode. Ugh. I'm not happy or pleased. Its either my new pattern or its caused by my having only a 2 day TOM last month and being 8 days late for TOM right now. No I am not pregnant. My body is just hateful of me and anything I try to do.

Cherry you may need to up your calories, try increasing Your calories by 300 calories to 1500, not sure of your age but your bmr states atleast 1600 for just enough to live. I notice when I up my calories some I will have a loss.

Hi all! I officially re-started two weeks ago (after losing 30 lbs about 4 years ago and slowing gaining it all back). This morning I weighed in at 189.5, so out of the 190's! Working on getting out of the 180's now. We can do this ladies!!

I cant up my calories. When I eat too much I just throw up. It creates too much pressure in my abdomen. I am working with doctors to figure that out. Last week I had a 1500 day and I was sick. It was such a large amount of food. I don't think I could ever eat that much everyday, I'd just be eating when I'm not hungry, it would just be gluttony for me.

Most of those have gluten or something else I am intolerant too. I dont think upping calories will help me lose more weight, that kinda goes against the laws of thermodynamics :P

Well, no if your body expends a certain amount just to survive and you're exercising it needs more fuel. I know several people who has upped their calories and had a drop.

Thats correlation tho and not causation and probably has more to do with a psychologial effect than anything else. Its probably not even correlative but anecdotal. I believe in the laws of thermodynamics. I'm just retaining water. I am losing inches.
