I gained 5 pounds. Ugh. I can't say I'm surprised because I've been eating poorly but I'm still upset about it. I have no idea why I keep sabotaging myself. I see a little success and it's as though I do everything I can to reverse it. I'm trying so hard to remain positive but I can't do it today. At least not right now. I need to regroup.
Hi ladies, I'd like to join! I am back up to my highest weight of 190, hoping to get back into the 170's soon! I've been counting calories trying not to go over 1700-1800 and am down to 188.5 as of this morning! My official WI's are Saturday mornings so I will wait to change my ticker until then.

fashinjunkie- Welcome back to this group. It seems as though you are already doing well again and I'm sure it'll be no time before we see you back in the 170s.
Mimi- We have all been there and the most important thing is realizing you need to get back on track after a tiny stumble. We all slip and fall at times but we just need to remember we have to get back up. Losing weight is a long term thing and it's not always going to be easy. Good luck getting back on track. You know what you have to do and what you've been doing wrong so I'm sure you'll have no problem.
As for me I had a couple slow weeks but I was still going down so I am now at 183.7. I am so excited to see that number as I never have before. I kinda stopped weighing myself from Grade 7 when I was 160 until after my first year of university when I hit 220. My goal for March was to get out of this group, at first I wasn't sure I could do it but now I've got 2.5 weeks and 3.7 pounds. I think it is still feasible.

Hi ladies! Been waiting for awhile to pop in here. I saw 199.3 for a day but then TOM made my weight all wonky for over a week, so when I saw 198.8 this morning I was happy that I could join this thread!

I weighed in at 181.4 again today. Just need to lose a few more pounds to reach my goal of 180 by the end of this month. I want to be at 170 by June, so I can try to start running without hurting myself. I want to reach 160 by October for my friend's wedding that I'm a bridesmaid in. And my biggest goal is to reach 150 by the end of the year.
