Goal Weight: 168.1 lbs (Lost a little over 12 lbs last month, so hopefully I can manage 10 lbs this time around)

7/1: Tokyo--no scale
7/2: Tokyo--no scale (Yay coming back and going straight to work!)
7/3: 178.1 lbs Having a nasty TOM and figured I'd hold off on joining, but then I realized that any decrease in numbers makes me happy, even if it's weight I've already lost that's just hanging out in the form of water atm...
7/4: 177.5 lbs
7/5: 177.0 lbs Okay, TOM...this is getting old now
7/6: 176.1 lbs TOM...but today the scale finally was under 80 kg, so I guess I hit my goal for last month a week late
7/7: 175.7 lbs

Week 2
7/8:
175.7lbs I over-indulged in salty festival foods yesterday, so am probably holding water. I did 2 hours of cycling, some walking, and day 3 of the 30 Day Shred today though, so hopefully I'll be back on track tomorrow.
7/9: 175.5 lbs
7/10: 175.0 lbs ...man, progress is slow this week...
7/11: 174.4 lbs 1 month and 4.4 lbs left on my mini goal...fingers crossed that I get there and past in time

173.2 lbs Got back too late for my 30 day shred after walking around in 95 degree/90% humidity weather all day at the festival and fireworks. I wasn't actually too bad on my calories, but probably had a bit too much salt for that much humidity.
7/16: 172.4 lbs

7/18:
172.0 lbs Dear stall; you couldn't have possibly come at a worse time. I worked my little buns off today, so hopefully it shows tomorrow...I'm an emotional wreck after the week I had at work, so a big number for my challenges would reeeally be awesome >.<
