Ugh! Just when I finally reached this thread, I de-railed myself and gained a few pounds. Buckling down this week and hoping I'll be back with you ladies soon!

Im at 155.8 today. About 8 months ago I got down to 148. Ive started livin a vegan lifestyle (I began 3 weeks ago). Not only am I healthier & happier, I can finally see myself getting under 138(my lowest weight) & getting to 120. No more yo yo-ing.

dottington yessss it makes you feel like someone understands your struggle! I actually have the same goal weight too but taking it 10 lbs at a time is easier on me mentally. Ive already lost 20 and knowing I still have about 30 to go makes me crazy.
And yes scale is super annoying but will be treating myself to a brand new one 5lbs from now :0)

size8 it really depends on the pants. Ive always pretty much been a small top. Got into mediums when I was a bit heavier. In pants I'm a 9 in juniors and 6/8 in women's sizes. I just really liked slipping into 4/6 when I was a little smaller so I want to go back to that .Congrats on your loses too!

energie another chickie with similar stats yay! :-) I admire your attempt at veganism. Ive flirted with the idea but chicken and processed, and junk foods always seem to creep their way into my diet as cheats. And I love eggs! I do think its the healthiest way to live and achieve/maintain goal weight. It just seems so natural and makes so much sense. Good for you!

skinnyelle~ yeah, the vegan lifestyle isn't for everyone. I started because I realized how important it is for my body to cut out meat. I was also tired of all the yo yoing. Processed food had so much control over me . Whats ur plan? Good luck to you too!

Hey girls! I'm going to go ahead and make a new thread since this ones reached 500 posts

penmage hope to see you back soon!

energie I applaud you too for your veganism! I've been a vegetarian my whole life and have done vegan before but its so hard to stick to!

size8 I go about 4-5 days per week I'm sure you'll be able to get below 145 if you keep working hard!

skinnyelle I like your 10lb idea because yeah splitting up the weight loss is much easier mentally. Like, I can't even imagine what a 30lb will look like, it just seems like such a huge number. That's why right now I'm just focusing on getting into the 140s

Ah I envy you guys in the 140s!! Even if it is 149. I am at 154 - lowest was 153. I am having a REALLY hard time getting out of the 150s. It's been 5 weeks so I am not sure if I just have unrealistic expectations but I should have been 152 this week. I feel that even if I have ONE M&M my weight gets affected dramatically (1lb+). It's so frustrating especially with the holidays creeping up.

I am hoping to be 147-149 by end of December. Totally jealous of you guys!
