Weighed in at 156.2lb this morning, the weight loss is moving slower than I thought but atleast the scale is going down. Just need to stay committed and focus on the goal...

size8 Congrats on the scale going down. It sucks when things do go as fast as we'd hoped though

McMurphy and Mer du Japon Congrats!

Well, I just got a nice surprise. A big woosh just left me blowing past 147 completely and this morning I weighted in at 146 flat I'm sure I'll be jumping around 146/147 for a week now, but it was still nice to see on the scale

Me again. Well, it looks like my prediction that my weight would jump up was wrong I was at 145.4 lbs this morning. I actually went and got something heavy just to be sure that my scale was working. This woosh won't continue much longer, of course, and I'll stabilize soon, but I admit that its fun while it last. It is a little comforting, though, since a few months ago I was struggling to lose a pound every two weeks, but I don't think I realized how often I went off plan. So almost two straight weeks of 1400-1600 everyday leading to a good loss makes me feel better about maintaining again.

Hey everybody! After a year of reckless eating I'm back here again weighing in at 158.7. Feeling super discouraged, but i know losing weight and getting to my goal is within my means. I'm definitely in need of a lot of support and i can't wait to give some advice and support to all of you. Wish me luck!

Welcome therex, well its the beginning of the year so its a fresh start. You have had weight loss success before so you definitely can do this again. All the best...

I've been good this week, sticking to the eating plan and exercise plan. My next weigh-in is next week Thursday and I am hoping to meet my mini-goal #1 then. My size 14(38) jeans are fitting loosely now, at the beginning of January they only got up to my tighs so . I still have my size 12(36) jeans from 4 years ago, I am hoping that these will be fitting by end April.

Welcome therex. And here's a big hug too.

size8 good luck on reaching your mini goal and, wow, congrats on seeing your clothes get looser. Sometimes the scale can be kinda abstract, but loose cloths always made me feel awesome.

Well, I was right, I've stabilized after my big whoosh, 146 yesterday and 145.8 this morning. It was a pretty good run Still, I know if I let myself get complacent with my eating, that can jump up quickly from water weight, not to mention slow down my actual losses, so I'm going to do my best to stay on plan.

Welcome om namah shivaya, just stick to your plan and you will see 140s soon.

As for me 153.6 this morning, I had to get off the scale and get back on twice to make sure that I am reading it correctly. I am so happy, mini goal #1 reached , hard work does pay off. This makes me even more motivated to reach mini goal #2. Mini goal #2 for me is sooooo important because I have not been that small in the last 10 years. With dedication, committment and consistency I know I can achieve this goal. I am hoping to reach mini goal #2 by my 29th birthday(28 April), it would be the greatest birthday present I can give myself.

Have a great weekend ladies and keep up the good work...

Congrats size8 on the scale moving!

I'm happy for a small jump in the scale, 154.8 today! Did not expect that, especially since i had a humongous burrito yesterday lol. I'm out for a long walk today then hitting the treadmill. Have a wonderful Sunday everyone!
